AUVERGNE

Located in the heart of France, Auvergne is made of high pastures as vast as those of Mongolia, heavenly valleys, incredible landscapes, its volcanoes, not forgetting, of course, nice cheese platters: PDO Salers, PDO Saint-Nectaire, PDO Cantal, PDO Bleu d’Auvergne and PDO Fourme d’Ambert. From 800 m of altitude, the mountains of Auvergne are covered with narcissus, crocus, cloves…

 

Nearly half of the French flora! This is how good milk is made… Auvergne is popular and is one of the green destinations for those who are looking for charm and authenticity.

ALSACE

Alsace is a generous and green nature. It is lakes, rivers, forests, hills and waterfalls. This diversity which will allow you to admire unique landscapes and to discover in one of the 21 natural reserves of Alsace and its 2 Regional Natural Parks.

 

Thanks to its ideal climate and favorable geography, Alsace offers a generous and luxuriant environment conducive to the famous Alsatian cheese, the PDO Munster.

CAUSSES

The Causses and the Cévennes, a diversity of grandiose landscapes which is the result of a long work between man and nature. A natural and wild environment made of reliefs, rocks, water and vegetation, which since 2011 are inscribed on the UNESCO World Heritage List as cultural, living and evolving landscapes of Mediterranean agro-pastoralism.

 

PDO Roquefort is the king of cheeses made from raw sheep’s milk and matured in the region’s natural caves.
