Emmental PGI & Label Rouge : a higher quality approach
Label Rouge recognises products with superior quality characteristics compared with standard products.
Our Emmental PGI & Label Rouge is produced using raw milk from cows fed exclusively on grass and hay.
Strict farming requirements help preserve the authentic taste of this French Emmental, matured for at least 12 weeks.
The result is a unique cheese with a rich flavour profile and consistent quality.
Organic Emmental : supporting tomorrow’s food
The Organic label guarantees that cheese production follows strict requirements, including:
